All appt must be made in a minimum of 3 days before appt. Booking 2-1 days before appt time needed, is considered a squeeze in. All squeeze in appts are $15 extra. Same day squeeze ins are $20 extra. Any appt that is canceled under 24hrs before appt time, deposit will not be refunded. Unless the appt was canceled by me for any reason. If you are over 7 mins late to your appt, your deposit will not be applied to your balance & you will still owe the full balance. If you need 15 mins or more & do not discuss that with me, your appt will be canceled. If I’m over 7 mins late starting your appointment, a $10 refund will be applied. If I’m over 15 mins late starting your appt, your $20 deposit will be refunded.
